Scott's Roofing Company LLC provides residential roofing replacements, shingles repairs, wind and leak repairs, and custom rain gutter installations. All contracted projects are governed by a written, signed agreement between Scott's Roofing and the client prior to project commencement.
Any cost projections or estimates provided by phone consultations or visual reviews are projections only. Final pricing is strictly based on our written proposals and outlined in our formal written contracts.
While Scott's Roofing assists clients with damage reports and photo documentation, the client remains solely responsible for all contract balances and deductibles under Georgia law. We require prompt payment upon project milestones or completion as specified in your agreement.
Clients must provide our crews with access to the property, driveways for material delivery, and running water/electrical outlets during construction days. We advise clearing away valuable patio items or yard decorations to ensure a safe build environment.
Scott's Roofing Company LLC carries comprehensive liability and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, rot beneath old shingle layers, or underlying decking issues that require separate structural carpentry remediation.
