A signed roofing contract may be cancelled by the client within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with Georgia laws. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to scottsroofingdublin@gmail.com. If specialized roofing materials have already been ordered or custom gutters fabricated, standard supplier restocking fees will apply.
We ask for at least 24 hours of notice for modifying or cancelling a scheduled visual roof inspection or estimate consultation. This helps our crew manage their travel routes across Laurens County efficiently.
Scott's Roofing Company LLC stands behind our craftsmanship. We provide a comprehensive warranty on all full residential replacements and leak repairs, as detailed in our formal project contracts. Our goal is to ensure your roof remains completely watertight.
If a contract is cancelled after the three-day grace period, and shingle or metal roofing materials have been ordered and delivered to our local supplier yards, the client is subject to a 15% material restocking fee charged by our local distributors.
